These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Lumora website and the services we provide. By using our site or engaging us for a project, you agree to these terms.

Our services

Lumora provides branding, e-commerce, and digital marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate proposal or statement of work agreed with you.

Proposals and payment

Quotations are valid for the period stated within them. Unless agreed otherwise, projects begin after acceptance of the proposal and payment of any agreed deposit. Invoices are due within the period specified on the invoice.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any materials needed to deliver the work. Delays in providing these may affect agreed timelines.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you, except for third-party assets and Lumora's pre-existing tools and methods. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information and to use it only for the purposes of the engagement.

Warranties and limitation of liability

We perform our services with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumora is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees paid for the relevant engagement.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement with written notice as set out in the relevant proposal. Fees for work performed up to the termination date remain payable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its competent courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
